Well-established law firm is hiring a Legal Administrative Assistant to join its Essex County, New Jersey team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with:
- Prior administrative/secretarial experience, preferred
- Prior law firm experience, preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Recent college graduates with demonstrated administrative skills though internships are encouraged to apply
Other details:
- Salary: $60K - $70K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, 401K & more
- In office: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
